Terms and Conditions
1. Standard Terms and Conditions
These are the standard terms and conditions for Mobile-Apps/Website Development and apply to all contracts and all work undertaken by Wingtrill for its clients.
2. Our Fees and Deposits
An upfront deposit (25–50%) of the total fee payable under our proposal is due immediately upon you instructing us to proceed with the Mobile Apps or website development work.
The remaining milestones shall become due when the work is completed to your reasonable satisfaction, subject to the terms of the approval of work and rejected work clauses.
We reserve the right not to commence any work until the deposit has been paid in full. The upfront deposit is only refundable if we have not fulfilled our obligations to deliver the work required under the agreement. The deposit is not refundable if development work has started and the contract is terminated through no fault of ours.
3. Supply of Materials
You must supply all materials and information required by us to complete the work in accordance with any agreed specification. Materials may include photographs, written copy, logos, and other printed material.
Any delay in supplying these materials that results in a delay in project completion gives us the right to extend previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount.
If failure to supply materials prevents progress, we reserve the right to invoice for any work already completed.
4. Variations
We are pleased to offer revisions to the development. However, we reserve the right to limit the number of revisions to a reasonable amount and may charge for additional changes beyond the original specification.
Our website and mobile development process is flexible and allows certain variations within the original scope.
5. Project Delays and Client Liability
Any time frames or estimates provided are contingent upon your full cooperation and timely delivery of final content and feedback.
During development, feedback is required at each phase to allow progression to subsequent stages of the project.
